  I got major work done - implants, root canal treatment, small bridge, tooth rebuilt, and some bite adjustment - all done expertly and painlessly with great care and concern from entire staff. Dr. G called me a week after I had returned to the States - to see how I was doing. A week after that Jorge contacted me via e-mail to ask how I was doing. I had no after pain! And several thousand dollars was saved from what it would have cost in the States. In addition, I stayed at Casa 69 - a small quaint inexpensive hotel within a very few miles of the dentist office. Hotel provided driver to and from each appointment. I was so well taken care of in every aspect.  If you need dental work - I highly recommend this doctor.

  Dr. Gadea Ramirez is an exceptionally talented dentist.  From my initial consultation and smile analysis, he explained corrective procedures in detail with absolutely no pressure as to what he can do and for how much.  I had two implants, three crowns and seven veneers done.  My smile wasn't bad to begin with, but now it is amazing.  He is an exceptionally detail orientated dentist, he wants your teeth to look and feel like perfect teeth.  He uses only the best materials available in the USA.  His office has the very best and newest dental imaging, x-ray and procedural equipment and his staff are all very friendly and kind.  I highly recommend Dr. Gadea to anyone needing or wanting a nice smile or dental surgery completed. I saved so much money over what this would have cost me in the US (and my son is a Dentist !!).  Costa Rica is an incredibly beautiful country once you get outside of San Jose.  My wife and I spent over two and half weeks and fell in love with the country.   The professionalism, the staff, the results. I travelled 6 hours from the US to get major crowns and fillings here. Dr Gadea is a brilliant Dental savant. The other doctors who work with him are perfectionists with great care taken. The assistants are also top notch. Very grateful to have found this practice.   I was so nervous about finding a new dentist so I showed up in San Jose. made five appointments for dentists and  picked the right one...I wanted a small family practice that cared, that had fair prices and YES i picked the right one...This dental practice cares,  is fair, and honest and  I will never trust anyone else..   "I met with Dr. Gadea of Costa Rica Dental Services after an doing an on-line review of several dentists in the San Jose area. This particular surgery had not been on my short list of dentists; it just caught my eye as I walked by and I decided to pay an exploratory visit. I’m glad I did! The cleanliness of the place, the sophistication of the equipment, and the professionalism of both Dr. Gadea, who is perfectly fluent in English, and his staff, were impressive. I knew right away that I was in good hands.
On my first appointment, Dr. Gadea made a thorough visual examination of my teeth while his assistant took written notes of his findings. Next, his assistant took x-rays of my upper and lower jaws, which a computer compiled into a three dimensional on-screen image. I was shown the x-rays and kept fully informed throughout all the procedures. My dental work required the extraction of an abscessed tooth, a bone graft (since the abscess had resulted in bone loss) and a total three implants and associated crowns.
Dr. Gadea’s skill was exemplary. As a result of his good work I now have a full set of pearly whites and can smile again without embarrassment, all at a fraction of the cost of the same dental surgery in the United States. I do not hesitate to highly recommend him.
